Raw Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 quart of Organic Pastures Dairy raw Qephor
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blue berries, etc.)
- Sweetener to taste (sugar, raw honey, etc.)
Optional Boosters
- 1 cup of Organic Pastures Dairy raw colostrum
- ½ cup of Organic Pastures Dairy raw cream
- 1 Raw egg
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup crushed ice
- Additional favorite fruits or flavorings to taste
- 1 TBS flaxseed
- 1 TBS omega oil
Instructions:
- Put liquids in blender first, then add fruit and ice.
- Blend ingredients together. If not thick enough for your taste, add more ice.
- Pour smoothie into glasses and ENJOY! Serves two to four depending on additions.
Whole Grain Qephor™ Pancakes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (Sift before measuring)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon double-acting baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup finely milled whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar, honey, or molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups fresh raw Qephor™
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or bacon drippings.
Instructions:
- Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and whole wheat flour ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in sugar (honey or molasses), egg, Qephor™ and melted butter or bacon drippings together in a separate bowl.
- Gradually, pour in wet ingredients with the dry ingredients with a few swift stokes.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Ignore the lumps; they will take care of themselves.
- Pour batter into skillet or waffle maker.
